Construction begins on third stage of FLK Drive Plant

Due to the development needs of the FLK drive company, with the approval of the Lu’an Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and the Planning Bureau, the construction of the third phase plant of Anhui Ferrocar Company commence building on April 3, 2023.

FLK third phase plant project brief introduction: the planned land area is 66,666 square meters, the total gross floor area is 76,148 square meters, the plot ratio is 1.2, the building density is 60.2%, and the green space rate is 6%.
