The gear reducers adopt advanced structural design and utilizes gear speed converter, which is a kind of power transmission mechanism. It has a wide range of applications, unique structure and stable performance. Let me introduce the common sense description of the reducer.
The main functions of the gear reducers are:
1) Deceleration reduces the inertia of the load at the same time, and the reduction in inertia is the square of the reduction ratio. You can see that a general motor has an inertia value.
2) Decrease speed and increase output torque at the same time. The torque output ratio is the motor output multiplied by the reduction ratio, but it should be noted that the rated torque of the reducer cannot be exceeded.
Gear reducers are generally used for low-speed and high-torque transmission equipment. The power of electric motors, internal combustion engines or other high-speed running powers through the gears on the input shaft of the gear reducer meshes with the large gears on the output shaft to achieve the purpose of speed reduction. Ordinary gear reducers will also have several pairs of gears with the same principle to achieve the ideal reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears is the transmission ratio.
FLK modularization designed gearbox reducers can be combined with following parts:

2. FLK modularization designed K series helical bevel gear unit:
FLK K series helical bevel geared motor is made by first stage helical gears, second stage helical gears and the third stage helical gears. It is designed based on module, which bring many difference kinds of combinations, mounting types, and structure designs. The detail classification of ratio can meet various of working condition. High Transmission efficiency, low energy consumption and superior performance. The hard tooth surface gear use the high quality alloy steel, the process of carburizing and quenching, grinding, which give it following characters: Stable transmission, low noise and temperature, high loading and long working life.
K series helical bevel geared motors have dozens of size, and can be combined with R series inline helical gear reducer with multi-stage to get higher ratios. The input power 0.12KW – 200 KW with ratio 5.36 – 32652 and output torque 200 N.m – 50000 N·m.
3、FLK modular designed S series worm helical gear unit:
FLK S series worm helical geared motor is made with first stage helical gears and first stage worm gears. It is designed and manufactured on the basis of module combination system. With a large number of motor combinations, installation forms and structural schemes, the helical gearbox has fine transmission ratio classification, it can meet different working conditions and makes integration of mechatronics.
S series worm helical geared motors have 7 size ( S37, S47, S57, S67, S77, S87, S97), and can be combined with R series inline helical gearbox with multi-stage reducer. The input power is 0.12-22KW with ratio 18.97 – 11267 and output torque 90 N.m – 4000 N·m.
4、FLK F series parallel shaft helical gear units:
FLK F series parallel shaft helical gearbox is designed and manufactured on the basis of module combination system. With a large number of motor combinations, installation forms and structural schemes, the helical gearbox has fine transmission ratio classification, it can meet different working conditions and makes integration of mechatronics. Small size, large transmission torque, high rigidity cast iron box with crossbars, gears are made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi and the surface by carburizing and quenching treatment, hardness HRC58~62, grinding teeth fine processing 6~5 grade, stable transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, low temperature rise, long life service.
